How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, log out of your account and click Forgot Password. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email account. If your organisation has Single-Sign-On with this platform, you cannot reset your password via this method, your IT department will be able to further advise.

Where can I find the webinar recording?
All webinar recordings are stored in each corresponding session the day after the live event. 

Do you share your webinar slides?
Our webinar slides vary by course, so we don't share these with participants. If you want to know more about any of the topics covered, please post in the discussion forum and a course guide will help you explore further.

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account please visit your profile page on this site where you may request account deletion. Your request will be submitted to the privacy officer. If you did not intend to delete all your data and activity you can cancel the request. (Deleting your data will prevent you from continuing to participate on a course or complete resources, so if you subsequently return to the platform you will not be enrolled and any data you entered or submissions you may have made will have been permanently deleted). Alternatively, if you have questions about deleting your data or your account you may email SupportTeam@CareerInnovation.com

How can I find out what personal data is stored?

For all data access requests, please visit your profile page on this site where you will find an option to request an export of all your personal data.   

Can my organisation access my data that I enter on this site?

No – your individual data is secure and your organisation can only see aggregated results (e.g. registration numbers, tool access, average scores, and participant data grouped by age, gender, country or job role). All our reports to your organisation are anonymised, and groups of <10 people are automatically removed to avoid individual identification. The only way your organisation can see your individual data is if you specifically agree to grant them access.

Can I defer my registration?
In most cases, we are unable to defer participant registration. If you need to defer, please contact your organisation's course administrator or SupportTeam@CareerInnovation.com

Why can’t I watch the video?

If you are in a location where video links are blocked, or your organisation's firewall blocks viewing, please use the video transcript found in Session Resources where possible.
