How do I reset my password?

  1. Click the profile circle in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. In the User Account section, choose Change Password.

Note: If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you cannot reset your password here. Please contact your organisation’s IT department for assistance.

How do I update my profile?

  1. Click the profile circle in the top-right corner.
  2. Select the profile icon.
  3. Click Edit Profile.

Can I control who can see my email address?

By default, your email address is only visible to course guides and administrators. You can update your privacy settings in your profile to allow other participants to see your email address if you wish.

How can I find out what personal data is stored about me?

You can request a copy of your personal data at any time:

    1. Visit your profile page.
    2. Select the option to request a personal data export.

You can also review the full Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions via the site footer.

Can my organisation access my personal data?

No. Your individual data is secure. Your organisation can only access aggregated and anonymised data, such as:

    • Registration numbers
    • Tool access statistics
    • Average scores
    • Grouped participant data (e.g. age, gender, country, job role)

To protect privacy, reports exclude groups of fewer than 10 participants. Your organisation can only access your individual data if you explicitly give consent.

How do I delete my account?

Important: Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, submissions, and course participation. This action cannot be undone.

    1. Visit your profile page.
    2. Submit an account deletion request.

Your request will be reviewed by the Privacy Officer. You may cancel the request within 7 days if you change your mind.

Where can I find webinar recordings?

Webinar recordings are added to the relevant session page the day after the live event.

Do you share webinar slides?

Webinar slides vary by course and are not routinely shared. If you would like more information, please post a question in the discussion forum and a course guide will assist you.

Can I defer my registration?

In most cases, participant registrations cannot be deferred. If you need to request a deferral, please contact your organisation’s course administrator or email SupportTeam@CareerInnovation.com .

Why can’t I watch a video?

This may be due to location restrictions or your organisation’s firewall. Where available, please refer to the video transcript in Session Resources or contact your IT team for support.
