This portal offers you a variety of resources to suit your learning preference and time commitment. You will find available items and any activities you have started on the dashboard. To open any resource please click on its title.

Frequently asked questions
How can I reset my password?
To reset your password please contact your IT department. Your access to this site is provided via your Specsavers account, and therefore The Career Innovation Company does not have access to your password information.
How do I delete my account?
Please note: Deleting your data will prevent you from continuing to participate on a course or complete resources, so if you subsequently return to the platform any data you entered or submissions you may have made will have been permanently deleted.
If you still wish to delete your account, please visit your profile page on this site to request account deletion. Your request will be submitted to the privacy officer. If you did not intend to delete all your data and activity you can cancel the request within 7 days.
How can I find out what personal data is stored?
For all data access requests, please visit your profile page on this site where you will find an option to request an export of all your personal data. You can also view the full site privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Can my organisation access my data that I enter on this site?
No – your individual data is secure and your organisation can only see aggregated results (e.g. registration numbers, tool access, average scores, and participant data grouped by age, gender, country or job role). All our reports to your organisation are anonymised, and groups of <10 people are automatically removed to avoid individual identification. The only way your organisation can see your individual data is if you specifically agree to grant them access.
How do I update my Profile?
Click the circle in the top right corner, then select the user profile symbol:

This displays all your details, and clicking ‘edit profile’ allows you to add further detail, such as a photograph, work and leisure interests, and a short bio.
Can I control who can see my email address in my profile?
By default your email address is only visible to the course guides and administrators, but you can click on your profile to change settings to allow others to see your email address.
How do I update my city, country and time zone?
Click your profile icon, then click edit profile to change your city, country and time zone.
What do I do if I can’t see a video?
If you are in a location where video links are blocked, or your organisation's firewall blocks viewing, please use the video transcript found in Session Resources where possible.
