How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please contact your IT department. Access to this site is provided via your IQVIA account, and The Career Innovation Company does not have access to your password information.

How do I delete my account?

Important: Deleting your data will prevent you from continuing to participate in courses or complete resources. If you return to the platform later, any data or submissions you previously made will have been permanently deleted.

    1. Visit your profile page.
    2. Submit an account deletion request.

Your request will be submitted to the Privacy Officer. If you change your mind, you can cancel the request within 7 days.

How can I find out what personal data is stored about me?

For all data access requests, please visit your profile page and select the option to request an export of your personal data.

Can my organisation access my personal data?

No. Your individual data is secure. Your organisation can only access aggregated and anonymised data, such as registration numbers, tool access, average scores, and grouped participant data (e.g. age, gender, country, or job role).

Groups of fewer than 10 participants are automatically excluded to prevent individual identification. Your organisation can only access your individual data if you explicitly grant consent.

How do I update my profile?
    1. Click the profile circle in the top-right corner.
    2. Select the user profile icon.
    3. Click Edit Profile.
Can I control who can see my email address?

By default, your email address is only visible to course guides and administrators. You can update your profile settings to allow other users to see your email address if you choose.

What do I do if I can’t see a video?

If video links are blocked due to your location or your organisation’s firewall, please use the video transcript found in Session Resources where available.
